So disappointed with Markley Motors! We bought a used vehicle from them a few months ago after our vehicle had been totaled in an accident. In 2008 we purchased a new Honda truck with 100% satisfaction. It obtained seriously damaged one month later, when an animal ran into the road. Terry Brunk and Markley service worked tirelessly an satisfaction. It obtained seriously damaged one month later, when an animal ran into the road. Terry Brunk and Markley service worked tirelessly and with full integrity to go above and beyond in getting to the bottom of the damage. It was difficult to diagnose the root of the problem until the engine failed, four years later. They covered every service visit, all repairs, eventually replacing the failed engine AND provided additional warranty on this replacement engine! Now in December of 2013, we need a larger engine for new towing needs. Because of our experience we with Markley, we started there, and because of their excellence in meeting our needs, we had no need to look elsewhere. We puchased a GMC used truck with 100% satisfaction in EVERY way (sales, price, fair trade-in etc.,) In today's market, we consumers do not expect this level of business ethic. We can't recommend Markley enough. Ask for James - he will treat you with the best of sales service! More

The parts came unexpectedly early and It was a little more that two (2) hours till closing time and m I had ordered parts to upgrade our 2007 CR-V. The parts came unexpectedly early and It was a little more that two (2) hours till closing time and my service writer (David) was able to get me in to have the parts in stalled (wind visor air scoop and side scoops for the doors, The installation was quite fast and the job was done very well. What can I say...I have never found an unkind word to say about Markley. EVERYONE at Markley is extremely courteous and the service is always splendid. You have a tremendous group at the service writing desk and your service/department is superb. I have always been treated fairly and was never asked to perform service needlessly. I will always continue to have our 2 CR-Vs (2011 & 2007) serviced with you. My next car will be purchased at Markley, be it a Honda or a Buick. Thank you all so very much. RWM More
This dealership does quality work without recommending unnecessary add-ons. The shuttle and positive attitude make servicing appointments as low stress as possible. I brought my car in for an oil change, new clear mask, possible gas leak and to have a scratch buffed out. Check in with Steve was a breeze and it is always wonderful to see him. I had been feeling the transmission shudder between 35 and 42 mph for a few years, usually in colder temps so finally got it in to be looked at. I've had my car in several times this year and wish the updates we be available to the service techs so they can see when a car is due for an update that would ultimately prevent the customer from having to make a special appointment to have it addressed. Stopped in for an oil change ! Very friendly employee at the service desk ! We were told it would take appx. an hour and we asked where we could have breakfast ! I went in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and the service department was having a very busy day. Even under those circumstances they not only took care of my oil change, but went above and b and the service department was having a very busy day. Even under those circumstances they not only took care of my oil change, but went above and beyond in helping to figure out how to use my remote starter that I had installed with the purchase of my car. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and am grateful for the time and patience the service department provided. More
