It was so nice to have a comfortable customer lounge to wait in while my vehicle had service. There was a gas fireplace, two TVs, comfy leather chairs, newspapers, coffee/tea, and soft cookies. I always bring my car to Markley's for service or for body work. I brought my car in for repairs from an accident. Overall, Markley Motors has proven to be consistent, reliable, and friendly. One problem area that I have found with many dealerships and automotive repair shops is regarding a simple oil change. They do not overfill the oil (Markley has always been right on the mark). Others often overfill it and then make me feel like I have done something wrong if I bring it to their attention. 2. They do not leave their rags or stain the seats (Markley has always cleaned up after themselves). I cannot even tell they have been there. One additional thing that I appreciate... Markley puts the next oil change at 5000 miles instead of the very typical 3000 miles. Price is the only aspect that I could complain about. Markley's prices are about average to high average. More

I have taken my Honda to this specific service center for five years and have always had a great experience whether it be a simple oil change or a 60k checkup.
