As If I Were Important. Kevin was especially thoughtful and kind to me when I asked about the possibility of mailed discount coupons which I thought I had. Accurate, efficient, and professional Chris was friendly and professional. I took my 2012 Acadia to Markley for an oil change at 22,600 miles. Chris reviewed the service record and pointed out other items that should be taken care of soon as well as what service is suggested at both the 25,000 mile point and the 45,000 mile point. Based on his recommendation, I opted for tire rotation (after he offered a price quote) as well as another service. My car was ready on time. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable (thanks for the cold water and the cookies!). Thanks, too, to Chris! More
