I know exactly how I should be treated and this place is not friendly at all. They knowingly sold me a defective used car at a very high price that is dangerous!!! Now I am stuck with a totally worthless car. They can make up for their dubiousness buy buying the car back at the full purchase price regardless of the years used, mileage and condition today. My opinion is...that rich people are the xxxx of the Earth! I dare you to prove me wrong! More
I've never had a good experience with the Service Department Where to begin.... so many complaints. I waited 1.5 hours before calling the Service Dept. to ask the status of the repair. I was transferred to the mechanic who said work was being wrapped up... "give me about half an hour." Fifty minutes later when standing at the service counter, I asked for an update. The service rep there checked their computer system & told me the mechanic was just typing up notes to document what repairs were made, and that it would take another 5 minutes. To expedite things, I wanted to pay for the work before the vehicle was returned to the bay. The counter guy told me the price and added "if you want your van back." The implication was that I was going to balk at the price and they wouldn't release my vehicle. He then displayed snippy and immature behavior by bruskly pushing paperwork and my credit card on the counter. I asked the rep what the estimated time is to complete the job. Rather than answer the question, he replied that "it would be another few minutes." When I said that wasn't my question, he very huffily looked up that information and told me that job is supposed to take 45 minutes. I then said I'd been there 2.5 hours. Then, as though there was some relevance to the situation, he said the mechanic''s notes said he'd left a voicemail message 1.5 hours after I dropped my vehicle off. Well.... no voicemail on my cell or on the home phone on record. The counter rep was testy when I informed him that I had no message from them (btw, I waited to submit this review until I'd had a chance to check the home phone, too). I might as well also let readers know how insensitive the staff was to my mother. We went together to have an oil change done (a scheduled appointment) and it took several hours, too. Unfortunately my mother was on supplemental oxygen (pulling a large tank on a cart.... so quite obvious that she was someone in compromised health). It was unbelievable that they took their sweet time in getting a routine job done! Bottom line: I will never again patronize Markley Motors. That saying, "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." We gave Markley Motors many chances to perform service professionally and in a timely manner..... never again. I don't know the name of the person I dealt with (but he's sort of strawberry blond, 30ish). I ahve to choose a listed employee, but I'm only guessing. More

I then emailed him with the car features and color that I wanted. He found the vehicle with the color and features I wanted and emailed me when it arrived in Fort Collins. Communicating with him via email and in person was very easy. He was responsive and informative answering all my questions and concerns promptly. The purchase was easy. He has since met with me to go over how to use my car/phone/ maps etc. and continues to be helpful even a month after my purchase. I appreciate working with such a knowledgeable sales person. More
