Bought a Lemon I bought a 2009 CRV-LX and used it problem free for 9 years. I made the mistake of trading it in and buying a 2018 CRV-LX thinking it would be just as I bought a 2009 CRV-LX and used it problem free for 9 years. Just told last week that a Honda Representative determined the vehicle is operating within design. It's hard to believe the car was designed to shake at idle so much you can feel it in the seats. Poor service. 6 hours waiting for a simple oil change and this was the express service. The kid at the service desk originally told me the wait would be 3 hours. As he was writing the ticket it suddenly become 4 hours. Ok 2 o'clock. Came back at three and the car had not been even started. My wife had to leave by 3:30 so she took our other vehicle leaving me. I just stood around in the service area and the express service kid would not make eye contact with me. I finally talked to one of the real service writers and he immediately took the car in for the oil change. It was finally finished some time around 4:45. To top it off they did not wash it. A very nice gentleman took the car and run it through the car wash. To there credit they did not charge me for the oil chance. The real service writer give me the free oil change not the express writer. He would hardly talk to me when the car was done. More

Express Sevice I brought in my CRV at 7:30 for an express oil change. It took nearly 4 hours. I was the only one left in the waiting room. The coffee lady ignored me. The shuttle driver kept looking at me all morning. The service manager ignored me until 11:00 when he finally called to check on the status. I’ll be buying my next car from someone else. More
