Great place I own a 2009 ridgeline as well as a 2016 Honda civic. Both of these vehicles were purchased from Markley, and honestly I can’t imagine buying from an I own a 2009 ridgeline as well as a 2016 Honda civic. Both of these vehicles were purchased from Markley, and honestly I can’t imagine buying from anywhere else. From top to bottom this is a first class organization. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and out to make your experience a positive one. I have purchased many vehicles from many places and this is by far the single best dealership I have encountered. It’s so great to have this place in Fort Collins. Today we turned in our 12yr old Honda Odyssey for a 2018 Basque Red Pearl CRV EXL. Our decision would have been much harder had it not been for Jason Hay. He was highly recommended from our friends who purchased a CRV from Markley’s late last year. Jason is an exceptional salesperson and knows the products very well. We did not feel pressured to commit to anything we were not comfortable with. Jason did all that was possible to make us his highest priority and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He valued our time and made sure our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with. Took far less time than expected and not only did they replace the airbag and the hood arm holder (for only $1.91 and no labor!) but also washed my car at no charge! Terrific service! The people who work there are always pleasant to deal with, and when they give an estimate of the cost of work on your car, you can pretty well count on the estimate being accurate (or a bit higher than what you actually wind up paying). I have so far used Markley only to have work done on my current Honda, but when time comes to replace it, they will be the company I'll go to. More
