Didn't do everything I asked them to check I had oil, transmission fluid, A/C, and alignment. If you plan to get any of their unpaid add-ons, make sure they do the work. They are also bad about the "free" car wash. I think they have come through with it 1 out of 8 or 10 times. More

brake pads needed replacing I noticed problems driving in the mountains, called the next day and was given an appointment within 48 hours (and just before leaving on a cross-coun I noticed problems driving in the mountains, called the next day and was given an appointment within 48 hours (and just before leaving on a cross-country trip). I felt like I received VIP treatment, as the appointment was made quickly, the job was finished quickly, the shuttle delivered me promptly, and I was given as many discounts as possible. Things do not always run this smoothly at Markley, and this may have occurred because there was a discrepancy between the front page of my previous inspection (which gave me a "green light" for the brake pads) and the second page (which stated that they needed replacing). At any rate, I'm grateful for the job being done promptly and well and for the friendly treatment by all, including the shuttle driver. More
