Because I was only beginning my search, I went to Markley only planning to look around. However, because of the phenomenal experience, I felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle that day. Matthew Frye, Jason Hay, and the entire staff at Markely were helpful and forthright, especially compared to my previous experiences. They were exceptionally considerate of some personal medical issues that affected my search and did everything in their power to make my shopping experience as positive as possible. Matthew and Jason were fair and gave me their best deal upfront. Their transparency made me comfortable purchasing a new CR-V that day. They have continued to be extremely helpful, expediting the delivery of the "we owe" service items we discussed so that everything is done before I move out of state. Their service department has also been thorough and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Markley Motors, Jason Hay, and Matthew Frye more strongly. More

Good people up front but oil change was slow for 7:00 am. Your people who took care of us were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I could understand it better if they washed the vehicle but that was not the case. More

I highly recommend Markley to anyone looking to have a car buying experience vs. a transaction with very kind, knowledgable people. I would like so much to give a special shout out to Gary Ihle who I cannot say enough to express how appreciative I am. Gary is quite adept at listening, answering questions, exploring options and fluidly demonstrates fantastic interpersonal skills. He is a true asset to Markley. Needed an oil change and Matthew checked my service record. Matthew checked my service record found a few other maintenance items.
