Contemplating the purchase of a 2023 Honda, we asked our neighbor, a former Markley employee, to recommend a salesperson. He recommended Tammy Nelson and said, “she will take good care of you.” We took his recommendation and found she did take good care of us: Making time for us when we “walked in” on her until days later when she found a vehicle with the features we desired, guiding us through all the new vehicle components, answering questions and making recommendations upon request, we felt taken care of, but never pressured.
