I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram from Ryan at this dealership. I was told the vehicle had been gone through by their in house mechanic. Within 24 hours picking it up it would not start. Joe came out dealership. I was told the vehicle had been gone through by their in house mechanic. Within 24 hours picking it up it would not start. Joe came out and tried to get the truck running, and towed it back to their shop. Thinking that that vehicle was a fluke, I ended up purchasing a more expensive ($24000) 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie from them, they were willing to let me put the original purchase price towards it. This vehicle almost immediately started having problems as well. As of now this has been back to their shop four times for the same issue. It has an intermittent misfire. The plugs and coil on the cylinder in question have been replaced multiple times. Because I brought it to their shop, my warranty is now up, and I still have the problem. More

Mark's Business Strategy: A sucker is born every minute. I purchased a truck from these folks; they seemed friendly until I returned it five minutes after I picked up the truck, asking if they would fix a fl I purchased a truck from these folks; they seemed friendly until I returned it five minutes after I picked up the truck, asking if they would fix a flaw that I did not notice on the test drive. The sales person told me it would self-correct; evidently not realizing that mechanical issues only get worse; they don't self-correct. The truck came with a warranty to get it repaired within 90 days of the sale; I called the customer service number on the warranty and the answering machine said they were not accepting new claims and ended the call. I sent a registered letter to Mark's Discount Truck & Auto and they refused to accept it, and they have refused to return my calls. Some businesses depend on building goodwill by valuing customers, servicing their products and making efforts to create customer satisfaction, but these folks seem to base their business strategy of P.T. Barnum who said: "There is a sucker born every minute." More

Buyer beware!! Just reported them to the State for fraudulent Inspections. They then act all tough and threaten you instead of taking care of the actual issues. Stay Far Away From Mark's Discount Truck & Auto Sales I purchased a vehicle at Mark's Discount Truck & Auto Sales for my son. They would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic to inspect stating th I purchased a vehicle at Mark's Discount Truck & Auto Sales for my son. They would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic to inspect stating they had an issue in the past where a customer did damage to a car. (The other 2 dealers we had been to had no problem with this.) But they continued to sell me on the fact that they only sell cars in great condition, they fully inspect their cars, and warranty them for 90 days. We purchased the car once they inspected it. The next day the engine light was on. When I called they were abrupt and said they couldn't look at the car for over a week later. In my concern I drove to my mechanic. He inspected the car and informed me there was no way the car could have passed inspection. It failed emissions, 3 of the tires were dry rot, and the engine light was on because it needed a new turbo charger. When I informed them they simply said the car is fine. Since then they have avoided my calls and refused my letters. Total scam and I worn everybody to stay far, far away! More
