Aweful, read all the reviews before you go here. Bought a 2011 Tacoma ole Matt is about as useful as an old tire. Will not follow up or pass my messages along to his boss. Axle was not tighten and everything 2011 Tacoma ole Matt is about as useful as an old tire. Will not follow up or pass my messages along to his boss. Axle was not tighten and everything they touched on this vehicle was done poorly done. 500.00 out of pocket within 3 weeks of buying vehicle. No call backs and a huge inconvenience on my end. I read the reviews and was skeptical. Took a chance and I am paying for it. Worst car experience in 30 yrs. More

DO NOT GO HEREBought a vehicle approximately a week DO NOT GO HERE Bought a vehicle approximately a week ago. Noticed an odd smell two days in. That’s when I realized, when I was at the dealership, t DO NOT GO HERE Bought a vehicle approximately a week ago. Noticed an odd smell two days in. That’s when I realized, when I was at the dealership, the sales guy, Pat, put all the windows down every time I stepped away from the vehicle. I called. Sales rep Pat said to wash the carpets and let him know if I still had issues. I pulled the back seats up and they are filled with mold and food. Carpets and seats all need to be replaced. What makes me upset, sales rep KNEW I RECENTLY HAD A NEWBORN BABY who has now been exposed to this. I also have an older child with asthma. Called back multiple times, manager won’t talk on the phone just states “bring it in for a couple days so we can assess”. I wanted to talk to the manager and explain this before making the hour drive. So I guess I’ll see what happens and update the review later. From what I’ve read it appears pat is a shady salesman. 26MAR21 test drove 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Ryan was my sales rep. Test all sat. 27MAR21 went brought my loan to this place. Ryan did knock off the dealership fees to make it so I could take home the vehicle tha rep. Test all sat. 27MAR21 went brought my loan to this place. Ryan did knock off the dealership fees to make it so I could take home the vehicle that day. Handed them my loan, signed the paperwork thinking I would taking a vehicle home that day. Go to my swap vehicles so my girlfriend could drive a car home and on the way back was told my truck needed an 02 sensor at this time I had already paid for the truck and put it on my insurance. Was told they replaced the 02 sensor and they needed to drive it 200 miles to reset the computer. I declined this because that is not true. Plus did not feel comfortable with the company driving my vehicle on my insurance. When I requested my money back they became very hostile. I spoke with the own Mark, I told him I did not want to buy a vehicle that could not pass inspection. He told me it does and has a 60 day sticker. I looked at the sticker it was issued 18JAN21 and expired on 19MAR21. I was test driving a truck on an expired sticker. I was very upset with how I was treated. The manager said “Well you know if a vehicle goes to a different state with different gas it can run funny”. I have driven my personal vehicle up and down the coast. For I am active duty military visiting hundreds of gas stations in various states and never had an issue. Additionally was told that my truck needed a genuine Toyota 02 sensor. I know this not to be true because my Toyota has 100k or more miles on an aftermarket one and has been fine since. Additionally putting 200 miles on a vehicle is excessive. This was just my personal experience. More
This place doesn't even deserve one star.seeing how my wife and myself purchased a truck for our son from Pete , we road tested a truck that we liked from him.upon completion of the road test I did a comp wife and myself purchased a truck for our son from Pete , we road tested a truck that we liked from him.upon completion of the road test I did a complete vehicle scan with a snap-on Zeus scan and diagnostic tool and found many issues that needed to be corrected before the sale was completed.Pete informed us the issues would be corrected before the sale was complete.fast forward to the day of the sale when the issues were to have been fixed I scanned it again and it was not repaired completely.it also had an emission evap leak .Pete said he would change the gas cap which would fix the problem, any mechanic or tech would tell you without doing diagnostics you cannot pinpoint the issue.so he changed the fuel cap and reassured us it's fixed and and any issue he would fix it.fast forward just over a month " which the truck sat and waited for the registry to get an appointment "due to COVID we finally had our son driving it a week later the check engine light came on again so I scanned it again and what do you know an evap code again.I called and dropped it off to have it fixed waited a couple days and was called to pick it up Pete told me he cleared the code and it's all set.well again without diagnostics you can't find the problem.Pete said it's ok.another 2weeks and it's on again .I called the dealership again to bring it back to be repaired and informed the " manager" of the issues that were present and were to be fixed seeing it was still under warranty.I waited 2days to check on the status and and nobody knew what was going on, they told me to call the service line which was never given to me, another 2days I called again and no answers.fast forward to day 9of being on the lot for repairs this was just prior to july4th weekend I drove up the get to the bottom of the issue seeing how no communication has come from them.I drove in the lot and truck was still in the same spot where I left it in the beginning.never touched or moved.I approached Pete and asked what's going on with the truck and he said I don't know and any issue was my problem.after a long back and forth he said leave it for a day or two.I returned again two days later to pick it up and he said he cleared the codes and it's all set.no testing. No parts replacement was done just clearing codes doesn't fix the problem. I personally replaced the evap purge valve, vent solonide and plug unit my cost for the g.m parts was$355.22 not to mention the labor. I also sent it to our mechanic who performed a smoke test and also found a leak in the sending unit on top of the gas tank, they replaced the unit ,fuel tank strap and repaired a vacuumed line before the unit.at a cost of$917.35. If you want a bad experience dealer go here.if not I strongly advise go elsewhere.thanks for nothing marc's discount truck and auto..."......... They don’t deserve one star More

STAY AWAY!!!! They do not stand behind their vehicles! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram from Pete April 17th, 2020. I was told that the vehicle went thru an inspection from their in-house mechanic. I asked if I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram from Pete April 17th, 2020. I was told that the vehicle went thru an inspection from their in-house mechanic. I asked if I could take the vehicle to have it looked at my own mechanic shop and was told “I could NOT” due to insurance policy. Pete mentioned that if I had any issues with the truck, it would be covered under the 3 month or 3-thousand-mile warranty from MileEdge plus. Well, within a week of purchasing the truck, the fuel and check engine light went on. I called and spoked to Pete and took the truck back to the dealership mechanic, the 1st time. I spoke to Dave their mechanic, and they replaced the fuel sensor, the issue was supposedly fixed. Well, another week goes by, and the fuel and check engine light go back on again. I again returned the vehicle back to the dealership mechanic. It had been determined the fuel pump needs to be replaced. I left the vehicle there for 2 days, and when I went to pick it up – the excuse was the warranty has not been finalized to come back at a later date. At this point, I started calling the warranty MileEdge Plus,1st question they asked is if I’m under 3,000 miles warranty coverage and fortunately I am. Then, they stated my account is in “pending status” since the bill has not been paid from the dealership to cover the warranty (this is May 18th -1 month after purchasing the truck). Now, I am speaking with Joe whom handles all the finances at the dealership. He keeps telling me the check was issued to cover the warranty and MileEdge Plus states it’s in pending status. This is very frustrating as I keep getting the run around between the dealership and MileEdge Plus! I purchased the vehicle April 17th, it is now June 3rd and the same song and dance is happening. In the meantime, I’ve taken the truck to my own mechanic shop and replaced the fuel pump as well as the front brakes since the front brakes were “metal to metal”. I’ve asked Joe if he would cover the expenses incurred, and the reply was “NO”. I paid all of it out of pocket while the warranty was supposed to cover the expenses! The warranty contract should have covered since the vehicle was under 3,000 miles and within the 3 months but since payment for the warranty has not been finalized my contract basically is non-existent. I’ve been trying to work with Joe but there has been no progress in a resolution. They DO NOT stand behind there vehicle! More
