We initially went in looking for a truck. We worked with Beau and Marcos. They were fantastic! They got us approved but we were having second thoughts. The following weekend my car got stolen, so we call Beau and Marcos. They were fantastic! They got us approved but we were having second thoughts. The following weekend my car got stolen, so we called up Beau and explained our situation. This time we needed a car with a cheaper payment. We made an appointment and went in. We showed up early and Beau was helping another customer, so Don helped us. He took us to the other Casa lots and we found a great family car that was in our budget. Our payment was right where we needed it to be. They were both real friendly! I would definitely refer my friends and family to either one of them. A few days passed and Beau called to ask us how we liked our car. I thought that we received great customer service! I was impressed. They are both an asset to Marks Casa! Thank You! My daughter test drove a car that we imagined would be in our price range as we were very top-heavy on her Honda civic trade-in.. After the mgr. ran the #s he said we would actually be better off with a new car. He explained the savings over time w/interest, gas mileage and insurance costs. I had to agree! Our salesman new just about everything there was to know about 'lancers'. He gave myself and my daughter a wealth of information about that specific car.. (the used one and the new one). He was not one of those 'pushy' sales man at all! I was ammazed that we were able to get financing at a decent % rate and drive off the lot in a brand new car. This is a 'first' for my daughter..a brand new car! WOW!
