The Last Ford Dealer For Me This is the last dealer I'll need because I'll always use Mark Porter Ford! My husband and I drove 50 miles to purchase a 2018 Ruby Red Ford Flex fro This is the last dealer I'll need because I'll always use Mark Porter Ford! My husband and I drove 50 miles to purchase a 2018 Ruby Red Ford Flex from them last spring because of the "banger" deal they offered us with our trade in. I loved the Flex! It is roomy on the inside with the design of the cab and handy as a van with the design of the cargo area. I didn't know how much I would love the design until I had an near fatal accident in June. The air bag design of the Flex saved my life. I ultimately needed back surgery, but other than that, came out of that without a scratch. My salesman, Drew, who called faithfully to check on the performance of the van before the wreck, called to check on me after the wreck multiple times. When I was ready to drive again I went back to Mark Porter Ford. Drew was diligent in finding me just exactly what I wanted for my next new car: a Ruby Red Flex! He searched until he found the one, which was several hundred miles away, but had it trailored in for me. I went last week to pick it up! There she was! Bright, clean, shiny and ruby red as a candy apple! Thank you Mark Porter Ford for caring so much about customer care and thank you, Drew, for not closing your files after a customer drives off the lot.
