A little over a year ago we were shopping for a new Toyota Sienna. We visited all of the dealerships in the Salt Lake/Provo area. We found Mark Miller to have the friendliest and most helpful sales staff. They weren't pushy like some and they were very accommodating to us. Others dealerships were not even in the same ballpark in our experiences. After the purchase we received phone calls to be sure all was going well with our new purchase and that we were totally happy with our purchase. When we arrived for the service of the car they approached us immediately and asked exactly what was needed and made sure they had everything marked down that needed to be done. We have been back twice for service on our vehicle and both times were treated perfectly by the service department. They serviced the car quickly and we left with a nice clean car along with the oil change. I very highly recommend Mark Miller for the purchase of your next new or used vehicle. They rank 100% in our book. More

I recently set up a time with Bruce Belliston, a service adviser, to bring in my Prius to take care of a couple recalls. Although I had bought the car from an individual private party, I was treated from s adviser, to bring in my Prius to take care of a couple recalls. Although I had bought the car from an individual private party, I was treated from start to finish like I had done business with them for years. When I dropped the car off Friday morning, Bruce told me I could check on its progress over the internet and that it would be done about 3 pm that day. When I walked over to their dealership later that day, the car was indeed ready and had been washed and dried. Bruce also took the time to answer some questions that I had. The mechanic who had worked on my car did an inspection of it and left me with a nice bill of health and minor details on things that could be done and prices for those services. Very nice as I don't have to worry about much since there were only a couple things that needed doing (which I have taken care of already). Definitely will go back for service work as they are not intimidated by the Prius like other garages around town. This was a pleasant experience. More

I needed a custom hitch installed on my Prius. I dropped my car off in the morning, they gave me a loaner car, and I picked it up after work. Very slick! Julian was super friendly! I had a great experience at Mark Miller Toyota. My Corolla was recalled for a problem with the airbags. I did not even buy the car at Mark Miller. I was able to make an appointment at my convenience. She was so easy to work with and cheerful - and when I had to have an expensive repair, she reminded me that I had a warrantee and arranged for coverage. I know it's stupid to forget a warrantee, but we went 5 years without using it, I had totally forgotten. She also looked into my history to get another repair covered: it was worked on a year ago and the work was covered under that repair. I wouldn't have asked or even put those together. I've had excellent experiences with so may of the service techs there, I have no fears about going in for service or evaluations.... but Molly saved my bacon today. I've bought two vehicles from them and don't hesitate to recommend them to friends. More
