Carlos comes to the rescue I had called in to make arrangements to have a hitch installed on my Outback. I was told I could have a pickup with a loaner. Sounded great. Then I re I had called in to make arrangements to have a hitch installed on my Outback. I was told I could have a pickup with a loaner. Sounded great. Then I received a series of emails all saying that I needed to drop off my car. I called back and was told the emails were in error and I would have a pick up. Then the day before I got another message that I would need to do a drop off. When I arrived I thought we should check on the hitch to be sure it was there in parts. It was not. At this point I was starting to get really irritated. Carlos said he would take care of me and started making phone calls. He said I would get a call when the hitch came in and then I could make arrangements for the car, drop off or pick up. After a week or two, I called in. The hitch had arrived the week before but no one called. I called to get my car in and I told Carlos. He was apologetic for the poor service but said he would make it up to me in the pricing. He gave me a good discount and so I told him I would not say more about it to him. You need to keep him. More

We love our Forester and we love Mark Miller From the day Dawn sold us a Forester until July 2nd when I came in for an oil change etc. the staff at Mark Miller have treated us very well. My wife had some medical problems that made getting in and out of a car difficult. We came to look at an Outback but Donna saw the Forester, tried getting in, and bought it. Dawn was there all the way. When the car was delivered, Dawn took Donna for a test drive and explained what the buttons and knobs were for. Donna drove out of Mark Miller feeling she was in control. She was a happy lady. When thieves broke out a window, Mark Miller bent over backwards to ensure everything was like new. We will not go shopping if we need a new car. We will head for Mark Miller.
