Great Service although I had a great service experience I noticed that they were very busy because they only had 1service advisor today. We have been Subaru owners for 10 years. I would not have any other kind of car, due to the all wheel drive and how it handles in all kind of weather. I feel very safe with my grandkids in the car. I have owned a Forester, Tribeca, and now another Tribeca. I have never broke down and know that it is the most dependable car out there. We had a B9 Tribeca and loved it. We stopped in to get a key re-chipped, and was approached by Pete and Jordon and they told us they had a brand new 2012 for a great deal. Drove it around the block and bought it. No regrets! I'm all about speed and price. I contacted Matt through Costco auto program via computer. He called the next day, set up an appointment; I came in and spent a hour with him thorougly going over the vehicle Costco auto program via computer. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with more options at a better price. I came back the next day and was in and out in 1 hour driving the new car home. More
Beautiful facility , indifferent staff. Never been to a dealership where you are ignored.
