I know little about cars and they still treat me with honesty. I feel they genuinely advise me on the appropriate car for my car. I like that they always wash it for me. The waiting area is pleasant. I can get a drink and food and even get some work down. Great place! I would drive out of my way to get my car serviced. More

I was offered a much appreciated loner vehicle by Mark Miller Subaru because my car needed to be kept at the service dept. overnight, until they received the necessary repair parts the next day. Service Advisor Kevin Chistens introduced me to Jeff ?? the service manager who answered all my questions regarding this repair. Because of the low miles on my vehicle, Kevin contacted Subaru of America to find out if there would be any cost coverage of this repair by Subaru. I was very appreciative that Kevin made the call and that Subaru of America did cover the majority of the cost for the repair. However it is my belief that because Subaru of America was aware of the faulty condition/parts in even a limited quantity of this particular model year; the cost should have been covered 100% by either a service bulletin warranty or by a voluntary recall notice. More

Wonderful I am from Arizona and my Subaru AT OIL Temperature LIGHT was flashing when I got into Logan Utah Saturday and Sunday when I started my car it wasn't f I am from Arizona and my Subaru AT OIL Temperature LIGHT was flashing when I got into Logan Utah Saturday and Sunday when I started my car it wasn't flashing any more. I was able to get an appointment Monday morning and Kevin thoroughly checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. I was impressed with his excellent customer service, he was very informative and also took the time to explain it to my husband. And to top It off he said since they weren't able to find anything wrong he wasn't going to charge me. I was very surprised! And so grateful!! It was so nice to know that your company would be so considerate! I made it home without any problems and was so appreciative of such a great kindness in this day and age!! More

I spent $200 removing 4 dents in just 4 months. I don't know why but they didn't try and up sale me at the time of purchase for this protect, I found out it was available from my son.....maybe he should work there! More
