Excellent, Helpful Service!! Andy fixed my remote starter which had blown up on me!! Billy Russell in Service took THE MOST excellent care of me. He went over every item with me I had scheduled before car went back & we tweaked a couple of items that served me much, much better. HE even went the extra mile and found a couple parts in town to get me all fixed up in ONE day - completed by 3:00 and for LE$$ than I was expecting. How service departments should all run! I’ve never been overly interested in Subaru. I bought an outback from Mark Miller South Towne and was instantly impressed at the way I was treated. No I’ve never been overly interested in Subaru. I bought an outback from Mark Miller South Towne and was instantly impressed at the way I was treated. Now after three visits for regularly scheduled maintenance I am completely wowed this dealership should be the model for how every vehicle dealership should do business at this point we are looking at trading in our Honda odyssey to get a Subaru ascent just so that we get treated so well when we need service flawless experience every time!
