They we're all very friendly. I had gone in a few times trying to find the perfect car for me and each time I was shown some wonderful cars but they weren't right for me. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a used car. Dawn Saak was very helpful and found me the car I wanted. Two things that stood out beyond the awesome customer service. One: they have a sign at every desk notifying the buyer how much the “doc fee” is and what it for. This is required by the state, but I have yet to see it at any other dealers, normally it is just a surprise cost added on at the end. Second: As part of the purchase I requested the brake lights for a trailer be wired, as the car already had a hitch installed. My request was put in writing, I never felt like they were going to pull a fast one after the contract was signed and forget about the wiring. Dawn is such a great sales person and I don’t make recommendations often, but I really believe that she would do all she could to find the best car at the best price. More
