We recently purchased a new car after multiple trips over the past year trying to find the right car at the right price. We had spoken with Jordan Rock regarding this and he had been very patient with me whi the past year trying to find the right car at the right price. When i finally decided that it was the right time (according to the rest my family ---a long time in the making) Jordan was right there to help us all the way. Even staying late after the purchase was final to help explain the features that our new legacy and answer any questions that we had. Very great customer service from Jordan Rock, he is very patient and in no way did I feel pressured when looking for a vehicle. He was very smart when it came to talking about the different vehicles that w patient and in no way did I feel pressured when looking for a vehicle. I left a very happy camper in my new Mazda I had purchased from him. I will recommend this dealership to everyone as my parents did to me when they purchased their vehicle. My wife and I were involved in a pretty bad car accident that totaled our car. Someone ran a red light but luckily (amazingly) no one was seriously injured. We have been a 1 car family for years and we had paid off our car a year ago, so getting into a car quickly was a necessity. After encountering 6 scams on KSL, and no decent leads on craigslist, I started looking into car dealerships. Normally I hate going into car dealerships because they try to rush you into a car that might or might not be the one you want, need, or that is reliable. But Mark Miller was great. Pete was beyond helpful and seemed very interested in helping us in any way he could. He gave us options for financing, cars we could afford, etc. We found a great Civic which we purchased with a mixture of financing and the money that we got for the totaled car. Matt in financing was great as well. He found us a great credit union with a great interest rate which gave us a low monthly payment. All around, Mark Miller had everything. Great and knowledgeable people, options to help with financing, and a great inventory of used cars. We went to another dealership in the area and that particular sales person was no help at all. He didn't care about us or what we needed and the used cars they had were in horrible condition but they were trying to sell them at premium prices. Being able to get into a car that we not only love, but that we can afford as well, made the aftermath of our accident easier to get through. I will be sending my family and friends there if they need a car and we will return when we decide to be a 2 car family. More
I was impressed with Jason as I turned in my 2001 Subaru with 141,000+ miles. Jason was professional, and extremely helpful in providing the best price options and in showing me the features of the car. After driving it home and then returning with my old title it impressed me again on Jason's willingness to help me with the manual shifting gears. I couldn't be more pleased and so here we go again with another great subaru -- thanks to all of you and your pleasant but professional and no-hassle buying. After working with Robert Baldwin for a decade, I knew that I would come back for a new car and it was time. Robert has always treated me with respect and understanding particularly when difficult service problems arise. I am gratful to all of the employees at Mark Miller Subaru -- If I wasn't retired I would be competing with Ron for the great transportation support that he provides me when I have to leave my car there for service. When I first arrived at Mark Miller South Towne I had an idea what I was looking for. I met Jason Murdock and he was just great. Even with the research I'd done he was able to tell me a lot about the car I idea what I was looking for. I met Jason Murdock and he was just great. Even with the research I'd done he was able to tell me a lot about the car I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also a blast to take a test drive with.(ask him about the dirt lot behind the bank) We sat down to talk numbers and I asked if I could think about it and get back to him. This was not a problem. I decided to wait on the purchase and save some money up. When I talked with Jason about this he was very understanding and didn't push me to come back in or make any phony promises to entice me. He simply asked me to keep him in mind when I was ready. A few days later I stopped back in to look at some used cars that would work for me. That's when I found the 2013 Imprezas. I hadn't looked into them prior. It was in my price range and after reassessing my needs in a new vehicle I found Jason and took it, and another model for a drive. I came back the next day and again we sat to talk numbers. I've only bought one new car in my life ten years prior so I'm not much of a negotiator. We worked everything out with ease and while the paperwork was being run Jason and I just kicked back and chatted for a bit. I told him straight out that I didn't feel I was being "taken for a ride" and that I was very sure about my decision. That's a very good feeling, especially with a purchase as big as a new car. Then I met Brad Davis, South Towne's Business Manager. What a great guy. He was very efficient with all the paperwork. I was on bit of a schedule and was happy to speed the process a bit. He naturally explained all the of the additional warranties, insurances and protections available on their cars. Although I loved a couple of the options he was happy to let me take a day to mull it over. I ended up purchasing the Clear Bra and PermaPlate. Not because he pushed me but because it seemed like a good investment and also because Brad was able to fine tune my loan term so that my payments fit my wallet. All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mark Miller South Towne. My friends love my new car and more importantly I love my new car. Thanks to everyone More

I like the car I purchased from them and I appreciate the time they were willing to spend with us. When we began to crunched for time, they hurried things along as quickly as they could and were very considerate. I really loved they way they kept us updated very frequently on where we were in the process and how long each part would take. On a side note, an important one to me, I called the next day because I discovered that my CD player didn't work. I called Rodney and told him. He said he would need to talk to someone who was in charge of that and he would get back to me that afternoon about the CD player and our loan interest rate. I thought to myself, I wonder if this is going to be the typical promise to get back and it doesn't happen for days or longer. Well, I was again pleasantly surprised when Rodney called me in the early afternoon and told me that the interest rate was what we had asked for and that they would order in a CD player and also that they would install it for no extra charge. That was yesterday and he told me it would be a few days and they would call me when The CD player arrived so I could take the car in and have it put in. I have no reason to doubt that in the next few days I will get a call telling me that I can set up a time for this service. Thank you for your honesty and willingness to work with me the way an auto dealership should. I am looking forward to seeing you again soon, when I come in to Have my CD player put in. Thanks again. This was the First new car we have ever bought and we really did our homework we went to many, many dealers and looked at most all of the small suv's there were many we liked but we didn't buy any of them for several reasons but mostly because of the way the salesmen treated us. Most People can tell when salesmen are not being honest or straight up with them, so when we stopped by Mark Miller Subaru in Sandy and talked to DAVE and JOSH they were both so kind and helpful and straight forward with us, we wanted to buy our car from them. They really took the time to answer all our questions and were just great to deal with. This dealership is amazing. I had a very, very scarring experience when I purchased my VW from the VW guys on the other side of I-15. 2.5 years later I was looking for a small truck and Mark Miller Subaru experience when I purchased my VW from the VW guys on the other side of I-15. 2.5 years later I was looking for a small truck and Mark Miller Subaru South Towne posted one on their website that caught my eye. I went down to check it out, was greeted by a very friendly salesperson Dawn Saak. Test drove the truck, liked it and wanted to buy it. This dealership does NOT play games like almost all others. No hard closing techniques or payment gimmicks. I was ready to whip out my financial calculator when the payment game started, but it never did, thank goodness!!! They laid it all out in front of me and asked if I wanted to take the next step. We did have some slight negotiations but I NEVER felt pressured at all. I was given outstanding customer service by everyone I interacted with. Dawn was so polite and easy going. Before even asking to run my credit they made sure it was a deal they could make work. Very, very honest and ethical employees at this dealership. When we moved to the financing department, I was concerned the contract would have the ridiculous spreads the previous dealer had given, but this was the cleanest contract I'd ever seen. Brad Davis is great. He set it up in writing, that they would get the terms we had already discussed. We even ended up getting a better rate than they quoted us at when everything was approved! This dealership does pride itself of excellent customer service and I will be referring friends and family who are in the market to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne! Completely changed my mind about dealerships which I am very grateful for. Thanks for the wonderful experience! More
