How often does a person say I wish everything I did was as easy as buying a new car? Almost never. Except with Mark Miller Southtowne. I contacted the Internet Sales Team to get a price quote on as easy as buying a new car? Almost never. Except with Mark Miller Southtowne. I contacted the Internet Sales Team to get a price quote on a new 2013 Forester. Within fifteen minutes, I had a detailed price quote outlining the price of the vehicle, taxes, license and fees. That price was $1000 less than I could find the other places I looked. Even my car salesman father-in-law was surprised at how good the price was. I met Dave LaCourse 45 minutes later and test drove the car. At my request, he ran some payment options on the car I originally was interested in and the premium model. Let me stress that this upgrade in vehicle was at my request. At no time was there any pressure to up sell me. There was no pressure of any kind. I thought that when I went into the business office to finish the paperwork was when the pressure was going to happen. Not the case. Brad D. explained all the numbers, told me about the extended warranties etc. I said I wasn't interested in the add ons and that was that. We finished, Dave showed me some of the features of my new car, helped me pair my phone to the bluetooth, and I drove away. I originally chose them because they had a bigger selection and their price. The fact that the transaction was so easy and the people were so great was a bonus. It's more difficult and much more frustrating using the self-checkout at the grocery store than it was buying a car from Mark Miller Subaru. It was such an exceptional experience I want to tell everyone about it. I've got other things to do than take time to post a review here, but I'm posting a review anyway. Why? Because Dave and Brad did such an exceptional job for me, it' the least I can do for them. Thank you for a great experience. More
