We returned to Mark Miller Subaru because were interested in seeing the value of trading in our 2010 Impreza which we purchased from Mark Miller, for a 2014 Forester. Our sales rep Dave Turcotte was friendly, which is expected but we didn’t expect that Dave would be so helpful. He was very educated on the features of the car rather than using sales tactics. After the sale was final he took the time to sit in the car with us and show us how to use the ‘gadgets’ he even synced my cell phone to the cars hands-free feature. We have been Subaru owners for 10 years. I would not have any other kind of car, due to the all wheel drive and how it handles in all kind of weather. I feel very safe with my grandkids in the car. I have owned a Forester, Tribeca, and now another Tribeca. I have never broke down and know that it is the most dependable car out there. We had a B9 Tribeca and loved it. We stopped in to get a key re-chipped, and was approached by Pete and Jordon and they told us they had a brand new 2012 for a great deal. Drove it around the block and bought it. No regrets!
