Recall plus Received an e-mail re a recall, Called for appt. and commented that the last time I had been in for service + this recall following an earlier genera Received an e-mail re a recall, Called for appt. and commented that the last time I had been in for service + this recall following an earlier general notice I had enquired if the parts were in for the recall and was assured they were. Then when I arrived was told they were not in. The service was needed anyway so it was not a wasted trip. She said they would notify me when the parts arrived. I am assuming the e-mail I received this time was that notice as it came directly from the dealership. However, to be safe the woman making the appointment this time put me on hold and called the service department to confirm the parts were there. Arrived for appt. checked in quickly and went to wait. Service rep came in to advise that the technician had noted my engine filter could use replacement. Cost would be part only, no labor. I agreed. Car returned in great condition, clean and ready to go quicker than I expected. Service rep made a point of cleaning door handle (inside and out), steering wheel and shift nob to minimize the chance of any contamination. Great work. More

I brought in my Crosstrek 3 times in the past week (catalytic converters causes check engine light to come on, then both 02 sensors had to be replaced after). Both Sarah and Carlos took great care of (catalytic converters causes check engine light to come on, then both 02 sensors had to be replaced after). Both Sarah and Carlos took great care of me and my car this past week, thank you both! I walked in and within 5 minutes I had the out the door price on a car I wanted to drive. The OTD price was handed to me without me asking for it. Mark Miller’s doc fee is at least $100 less than other dealerships I visited. Other dealerships are charging a $400 cleaning fee for COVID19! Not this placed! No hidden fees just tax, licensing, and doc fee!!! That’s it! This dealership was busy and selling cars without the back and forth! Go see Greg Huff and Jared Wixom.
