I spoke to Matt and it sounds like there was a problem with the inventory not showing correctly, in our system and the wrong car was reserved. This unfortunately has not been the first problem we have had with inventory lists showing incorrectly, with a new system we have implemented and we are working to quickly remedy the situation.
