Our great previous experience in 2014 at Mark Miller Subaru Southtowne made us decide to go back again this time. My wife and I were able to walk around the lot looking at the different models. It was so nice not being bothered. We took our time, and found what we wanted to look at. We walked into the dealership and Mark Kline greeted us. He was happy to tell us about the two cars we were interested in, and explained the various options. Those were the new 2016 Legacy (my current car is a 2014 Legacy) and the Crosstrek. Mark was patient and told us about each car. We decided to stay with the Legacy as it is, perhaps, the car I have trusted and liked the most. I had ZERO problems with my 2014. Mark was able to come back with a great price for my 2014 as a trade in and a great price for the 2016. It was so good, I didn't even feel the need to haggle. It was a very nice change. As we finalized the purchase, we laughed with Mark. He was very friendly and we were at ease. We wish him all the best with his relatively new position at Mark Miller Subaru. If he treats all of his clients like he treated us, he will have a very successful career there. More
