Low pressure and straightforward. A very nice experience. My only complaint is that there was (and still is) a gob of sap or something similar on the hood that was not removed in preparing the car for deliver My only complaint is that there was (and still is) a gob of sap or something similar on the hood that was not removed in preparing the car for delivery. He mentioned that from the time he enter the dealership and any other time that he anything to do with his car's he has been treated with nothing but respect and that he never has had a bad experience there, I have been very cautious about what he said but here i am now going on two years and i can say the same thing , Before you purchase a new car i always check out the service department reviews of that dealership . I did this and found nothing bad i can now say with my son in law i dont think ill ever buy another car that isn't a Subaru. Thank you More

Roger in sales is amazing. Ask for him. I hate buying cars. Subaru made me okay with it. Roger in sales helped me out from the beginning. I ordered a car that took a while to get there, but Roger stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop. When it came time to buy, he was great to work with. Chris in finance was great as well - he really fought to get me the best interest rate. Called a bunch of places for me and didn't pressure me when we were signing the paperwork. Overall a very good dealership with a lot to work with. My only complaint was that the parts & accessories dept was closed when we finished signing the papers so I had to wait until the next day to get my seat back covers. More
