Carlos comes to the rescue I had called in to make arrangements to have a hitch installed on my Outback. I was told I could have a pickup with a loaner. Sounded great. Then I re I had called in to make arrangements to have a hitch installed on my Outback. I was told I could have a pickup with a loaner. Sounded great. Then I received a series of emails all saying that I needed to drop off my car. I called back and was told the emails were in error and I would have a pick up. Then the day before I got another message that I would need to do a drop off. When I arrived I thought we should check on the hitch to be sure it was there in parts. It was not. At this point I was starting to get really irritated. Carlos said he would take care of me and started making phone calls. He said I would get a call when the hitch came in and then I could make arrangements for the car, drop off or pick up. After a week or two, I called in. The hitch had arrived the week before but no one called. I called to get my car in and I told Carlos. He was apologetic for the poor service but said he would make it up to me in the pricing. He gave me a good discount and so I told him I would not say more about it to him. You need to keep him. More
