My brother has an Impreza, so we thought we'd glance around. Devin came out and talked to us about our budget and worked with us to narrow the decision down to two cars... I'm a super indecisive person so I spent a good long time thinking it over. Devin answered all of my questions, sat back and let me make the decision without the pressures of a looming salesperson. He gave my parents and I a dozen different payment options and was super patient when he explained, and probably re-explained, all of the details. Overall I had a super positive experience. Devin was awesome. Everyone there seemed super friendly. The dealership was super transparent about everything. 10/10 would recommend. More

Requested the shuttle service, for this scheduled appt. was estimated at 5 1/2 hours to 6 hours in length. Shuttle service was right there, taking me to my requested destination. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Throughout the day, I received phone calls about the vehicle. Done in about 5 3/4 hours and the shuttle returned to pick me up without delay. Again, very friendly and helpful service. Carlos was professional, acknowledging me when I arrived, provided me with the complete review of the work that was done and my vehicle was waiting for me. I thought, SURE, but true to their word he gave us information and spent several hours with us, gave us pricing, and sent us home to let him know when and if we were ready to purchase. I called 2 days later and had things worked out. We never played games with a Sales Manager or Finance Manager; they simply honored the price he gave me on day one and the Credit Union actually felt that it was a good price!! More
