As I dislike driving far to buy a car I decided to give Mark Miller Subaru South Towne a try, and I'm so glad I did! We worked with Todd Jensen - he was maybe the best salesperson I've ever dealt with - low key, now pressure, lots of useful information about the vehicles I considered. I came back on Tuesday during lunch, and test-drove my top two choices again, and finally settled on the car I wanted. I'm super happy with it, and with the excellent buying experience. I was also really impressed with the dealership itself - no noise, no flashing lights, no "mystery" about financing - you can walk in or out without being accosted by anyone. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I've bought cars in the past that I ended up hating for the entire time I owned them because I disliked the buying experience so much. A salesperson and dealership that understand how much of the customer's long-term satisfaction with the vehicle is impacted by the experience of buying it - such dealerships are a rare breed. I'll definitely be back for another car someday, and will use them for service also. Thanks! More

Regular Oil Change During the regular oil and filter change the dealership also rotated the tires (no charge) and checked the alignment (no charge).
