Recall preventing 5 star review Subaru took some time coming up with a solution for the recall, and while I can recognize that problems can take a while to resolve, it became rather Subaru took some time coming up with a solution for the recall, and while I can recognize that problems can take a while to resolve, it became rather unnerving. I am on the freeway two times a day and the last thing I wanted to worry about was losing power. However, the service once they came up with a fix (and the notification of the other recalls were more timely with a solution) was good and completed quickly. The other missing star is because it was disappointing to not be able to get a later appointment so I had to use my vacation time which was already limited. More

Great customer service I had a recall on my car and they were able to get me in within 3 days of calling. While there, they changed my oil, rotated my tires, washed my car a I had a recall on my car and they were able to get me in within 3 days of calling. We happened to be back in Utah and had a tire pressure issue due to the change in weather conditions. We stopped by the dealership on a Saturday and the service dept helped us immediately. They corrected the problem and did our annual service ,including a car wash, in about 40 minutes. We barely had time to converse with Jordan. Thanks for a smooth and efficient transaction More
