Customer-Service Oriented Staff Mark Miller Subaru has a customer-service oriented staff. I unfortunately broke the housing on the passenger side view mirror while backing my Crosst Mark Miller Subaru has a customer-service oriented staff. I unfortunately broke the housing on the passenger side view mirror while backing my Crosstrek out of my garage and trying to avoid the snow blower. The replacement part was ordered. I received a call and got an appointment the following day to have the part installed. Xavier greeted me when I arrived and even called an Uber when he could not locate their shuttle driver. You have a system with no negotiations which can be good knowing all of the co I was very happy with the customer service and everyone I worked with. In the transaction of the paperwork...I was a little disappointed when I was approached with all of the extra insurance coverage that was offered when I already pay a ton of insurance already. That was the only thing that worried me and made me wonder about the quality of the Subaru. Overall it was a very streamlined experience along with no pressure!
