Great service but overpriced for labor charges As always, I received great service on my vehicle. That is one of the reasons I have purchased five vehicles from Mark Miller Subaru over the years. My car was in the bay for approximately 1.5 hours and the labor costs were over $450.00. $245.00 labor to change four spark plugs... really? More

I had scheduled a 48K service and was advised there was also a warranty recall on the vehicle. When I pulled into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor, Sarah Harper. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. While I was waiting she kept me updated on not only the routine service but the warranty repair and the amount of time that would be required to complete the process. She was also very informative about the specifics of the warranty recall. I have now owned my Outback for 5 years and have had continuously positive interactions with the entire staff at Miller South Towne. Based on my experience I continue to refer friends who are looking to buy a new car to the dealership. More
