Then when I arrived was told they were not in. The service was needed anyway so it was not a wasted trip. She said they would notify me when the parts arrived. I am assuming the e-mail I received this time was that notice as it came directly from the dealership. However, to be safe the woman making the appointment this time put me on hold and called the service department to confirm the parts were there. Arrived for appt. checked in quickly and went to wait. Service rep came in to advise that the technician had noted my engine filter could use replacement. Cost would be part only, no labor. I agreed. Car returned in great condition, clean and ready to go quicker than I expected. Service rep made a point of cleaning door handle (inside and out), steering wheel and shift nob to minimize the chance of any contamination. Great work. More

I brought in my Crosstrek 3 times in the past week (catalytic converters causes check engine light to come on, then both 02 sensors had to be replaced after). I walked in and within 5 minutes I had the out the door price on a car I wanted to drive. The OTD price was handed to me without me asking for it. Mark Miller’s doc fee is at least $100 less than other dealerships I visited. Other dealerships are charging a $400 cleaning fee for COVID19! Not this placed! No hidden fees just tax, licensing, and doc fee!!! That’s it! This dealership was busy and selling cars without the back and forth! Go see Greg Huff and Jared Wixom. While the chat specialist, Maddie, did not offer any answers to these questions, she did have Kevin call me. Kevin was down to earth and honest, and during our conversation, he was able to find discounts that I wasn't aware I qualified for. He patiently went through the process of adding the upgrades and explaining the time and future visits it would take to get them added. My only real complaint was that when I was discussing financing with Nate, the application would only show prices in daily or monthly costs over the lifetime of the loan. That feels deceptive. Thankfully, when I brought this up, Nate turned his screen toward me so I could see his view, which included the full cost. Finally, I was very happy with Mark Miller Subura's sanitization efforts. The entire process was contact free (strange for all of us in a car deal) and even the pens were being sanitized. I appreciate that I didn't have to compromise my health and safety to buy a car from them. More
