He really looked after our car as if it were his own..., and was great about our possible budget limitations to time the needed work. I felt confident in what was being done and about his guidance on what was needed for our Subaru. Kathy Ott in parts was super helpful too: we had a windshield wiper from an older Subaru that she supported not sending to a landfill AND made my dogs feel like this was the BEST place to be while we awaited our repairs. Juan (in service) was right there when we pulled in: he greeted us and looked up records of our appointment. Competance is HERE ... in this dealership's service department. While waiting, I saw our sales-man who helped us but this car... VERY nice to be remembered and recognized. I also loved the coffee offered me, Did I mention that Kathy even cited the dealership that has a zero landfill footprint? These individuals and this dealership walks the walk of evolved business (versus greed). I even enjoyed the other drivers in the waiting room, while I waited. A good bunch of people drive Suberus! Powered rear hatch didn't open or close. My 2017 Outback has the powered rear door. On the way home after a camping trip, it wouldn't open, but it would beep for one minute, as though the doo My 2017 Outback has the powered rear door. On the way home after a camping trip, it wouldn't open, but it would beep for one minute, as though the door wasn't closed. Every time we had to stop at an intersection, the rear door would beep for one minute. Then the next morning, after we arrived home, the battery went dead. A jump start also fixed the rear door. Mark Miller's shop "flashed" an update for the alternator so it would charge the battery better. And they tested the battery to make sure it could still hold a charge. They also replaced the muffler to fix a rumbling noise! I wasn't even planning to get that one fixed. And it was all covered by warranty. The whole trip to the shop cost me zero dollars! It was a satisfying experience. More

I feel very well-treated at mark miller subaru I have had nothing but great experiences at my dealer. Their staff are incredibly friendly and I feel very well taken-care-of. Unlike some mechanics, I have learned to trust the Service Advisors and Mechanics at Mark Miller Subaru. We now own a 2018 Outback Touring that we bought at Mark Miller and the SVX that I bought new elsewhere. We feel that we are treated fairly. This is a special dealer. More

strange fix for misbehaving window The passenger side front window would roll up to the top then back half way down. It was determined that there was some kind of binding resistance with the closed window so the programming reversed the window. Good safety feature if someones fingers are caught in the window. The track was replaced in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. It is great when a repair is diagnosed and executed in a timely manner. More
