He said bring it in and he would take it for a ride and see what it needed. So I did and found it was a rock in the wheel. They moved me through as fast as they could. I came ten min My service representative explained why a reservation for my Crosstrek was necessary and patiently went over available dates and times. I came ten minutes early and was accommodated immediately by staff. I relaxed in the always convivial customer lounge area while I enjoyed a decaf coffee with cream and Splenda. Before I knew it, my washed and dried car was ready to go and a copy of the servicing was explained as well as given to me. How wonderful is that?! More

Knowing that things with cars are generally not self-healing, I decided not to take a chance in having some unexpected surprise in this extremely hot weather. I decided to drop the car off at Mark Miller without making an appointment ahead of time. It was time for my 60,000 as well. Mr. Brad Swenson very politely asked me if I had made an appointment when I pulled in. He told me that there were 18 cars scheduled for service ahead of me. He offered the use of a loaner car, but fortunately, a friend agreed to provide transportation. During that day, I received a call letting me know how things were going. The next day I had another update call. I knew exactly what they were doing to keep this car running very well and I knew what it would cost. Tom Francis provided check out quickly when it was done, my car was clean and working great. Courteous, competent and caring. I continue to be a happy customer. More

At the Express line I was greeted rapidly,I let them know I had an appointment for oil change and Travel Check appointment, wanted my tires rotated and the spare in the trunk checked. He let me know my wait time was approx. 45 minutes. In about that time frame I was greeted again with results of my Foresters check-up. I checked out and hopped into my clean auto and was on my way in less than an hour. Couldn't be happier! Thank you More
