Subaru paid for a one time install of a new transmission saving me thousands of dollars I really couldn't afford. 🤗 More

Quick and efficient. I blew a fuse for the power outlet on the dash and couldn't find which fuse was blown. They replaced the fuse, washed my car and showed me where the location of the blown fuse was. They even did a complete check over for any unseen issues that might have been existing. I am a first time buyer who just finished colleg I had an awesome experience at Mark Miller Subaru. My salesman was Tony Rossi and he was exceptional. I am a first time buyer who just finished college. Tony gave me options and answered all of my questions (even the stupid ones). He got me into a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. I absolutely love it. Because it was a new model, we had to order it, so I got to customize it to fit my needs. My car came in a month earlier than they expected which was so exciting! Tony got it of the truck and ready for me to drive off the lot in just a couple of hours. My mom got a 2017 Legacy six months ago from Tony and has loved it. Their customer service is amazing. They call us periodically to make sure we are still loving our vehicles and to ask if we need anything or have any questions. I would absolutely recommend Mark Miller Subaru and Tony Rossi to all of my friends and family looking for a new vehicle! More

Mike Pierce was by far the most honest, genuine, helpful salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was upfront with all pricing, including 'out the door' pricing, right from the get-go. There were no games, no gimmicks, I'm still in shock at how easy this was. Mike genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart. He even helped me on a Sunday from his cell phone. He credits a lot of his ability to help people, to Mark (and his son Jeff) Miller. He says they clearly care more about customer service than money, unlike any other dealer he has seen or worked at. I would have to agree with him from what I saw and experienced. I highly recommend looking into this dealer before making any purchase. You will not regret it. I would also recommend asking for Mike, as I have not experienced that kind of service anywhere. More
