The service advisor was on time (in fact, waiting for me) had the loan My appointment was made at least 3 days in advance and I requested a loaner. The service advisor was on time (in fact, waiting for me) had the loaner car ready for me to take and quickly verified the maintenance needs for my car. Within minutes I was back out the door and on my way to a very full and hectic day. At 3:00 I was notified my car would not be ready and was given the opportunity to keep the loaner overnight. My car was ready the next day as promised and the bill was $150.00 less than I was quoted. Great service, great experience. More
