Great service team I ordered a full set of tires. Somehow an online glitch prevented the tires order from being processed. Jorge Reyes would not stop until the matter wa I ordered a full set of tires. Somehow an online glitch prevented the tires order from being processed. Jorge Reyes would not stop until the matter was completely resolved. He went far above my own expectations and even exceeded anything I would have possibly imagined. He is a true professional and deserves far more than the handshake and heartfelt 'thank you' I gave him. Perhaps his supervisors/managers will read this and further convey my deepest appreciation. The best part (for me) will be driving to the competitors' locations sporting my new tires and exclaiming how I got a better deal AND far better customer service. And, yes, I do plan to do it. Great Job !!! More

Had a nail in the tire. I had a tire issue. I went into the service area; the lube area was packed at 8:15. I was told that there might be a quick fix, like air in the tires I had a tire issue. I was told that there might be a quick fix, like air in the tires or if there was a real problem it would be a wait. it was a wait, but when I explained to the service personnel that I was in a hurry to do a film shoot, he was great to get me on my way earlier than he predicted.
