Curtis was very helpful, friendly and willing to go out of his way to ensure my experience was positive and enjoyable. I was pleased with the transparency of my financial breakdown and what I was going to pay walking out the door. I even enjoyed the animal-friendly environment as I had to bring my 100lb Labradoodle with me to close on the deal late at night. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Curtis as someone you want with you every step of the way! I almost forgot to talk about the car! I got a 2018 Subaru Forester Black Edition and love everything about it. The interior is beautiful. The I exterior is sleek and modern. It feels very safe and runs so smooth. I am extremely satisfied with my choice and look forward to working with this dealership in the future! More
Alex was awesome! I was ready to purchase either a Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester, or Subaru Crosstrek. I arrived at the dealership, Alex showed me a number of vehicles, I was ready to purchase either a Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester, or Subaru Crosstrek. I arrived at the dealership, Alex showed me a number of vehicles, we test drove a few, and I made my decision. I was NOT happy with the fact that they refused to negotiate, since I had the KBB and Edmunds dealer retail amounts, which were somewhat lower than their asking price...which they refused to negotiate. Anyway, bought the car, since I had other issues I was dealing with and needed to buy a car that day. Paid for the car via wire transfer from my brokerage account, which involved a lot of security verification (since I was accessing my account from the dealership) - Alex was extremely patient, and helped me deal with the frustration I was going through with the eTrade wire transfer process. I was there for about 2 hours, and Alex stayed with me the entire time, showing me funny pictures on his phone to ease my stress, introducing me to someone on the Concierge team who would help me pick up my car, and even offered to check the wire transfer status on his day off. I include all these details just to show what a great culture they have there at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown. The next day (Alex's day off), I received confirmation of the wire, called the sales manager, and they were able to clean up my new car and have it ready for me an hour later. I have bought from Mark Miller Subaru Midtown in the past, and keep going back because of their awesome culture, atmosphere, and service. Love my Nissan Rogue - thank you all for the great treatment! :) More

Oil leak after oil change Oil has been leaking since I had my oil change, I brought the car in and was told it was a bad gasket around a bolt in the oil pan.
