No sleaze, no tricks. I am so grateful such a dealership exists. It restored my faith in humanity after having had it chipped away at the other dealerships. We worked with Paul Whitehead. He was very pleasant, at ease and down to earth. We got a great deal, it was a quick process (you don't get passed from one person to the next for each thing and don't have to sit around while they keep pretending they are going back to talk to the manager again to get you a "better deal"..ugh). The follow up on service and how they go over all of the car features with you- and then follow up and offer a concierge to meet with you at the dealership or at your house, to review them or address any questions that have come up, was another example of their commitment to positive customer experiences. They are also very involved in ongoing service to our community, including animal rescue-so a bonus in my book -so great! This dealership is a shining example of great companies that do things a little differently from the rest of their industry. This aspect was totally missing from every other dealership. It was honestly...refreshing. More
