Great Service - Clean Car I brought my Crosstrek in for a recall on the brake lights. While they're the mechanic noticed that my trans pan was leaking and it was under warranty I brought my Crosstrek in for a recall on the brake lights. Great end-of-day service experience! I scheduled a service appointment for my leased 2019 Impreza to go in Friday morning. The day before the appointment I realized that time wouldn't wor I scheduled a service appointment for my leased 2019 Impreza to go in Friday morning. The day before the appointment I realized that time wouldn't work for me so I stopped by late in the day to see if they could get it done Thursday evening instead. Calvin was very friendly and took my car right in to get it done. I've worked at a tire shop and remember how annoying it was when people would come in just before we closed, so his positive attitude was a pleasant surprise. I walked around the waiting area and didn't even get done reading the interesting things on the walls before Javier called my name and told me they were done. He went over everything they did, all covered under the warranty, and I was out in under 20 minutes. I love their monthly trip checks too, and I've had multiple similar experiences going in for those since I leased the car 5 months ago. They even noticed and fixed a screw in my tire for free too! More
