Our sales rep, Alex, was helpful and focused on our needs and found multiple vehicles in our price range. He was knowledgeable on all of the features and pros and cons of each one. He also never pressured us to look at anything we knew we couldn't afford. We found a Forester that we fell in love with. We were nervous about the actual financing/purchasing step going in but we didn't need to worry. Jerry went through all of the paperwork with us and made sure we understood what we were signing. We felt comfortable asking questions and enjoyed chatting with him. Lastly, Chandler helped us get set up with all of the tech aspects (we were way behind) and sent us off with our new SUV and smiles on our faces. More

When I arrived the service staff instantly recognized the problem and repaired it at no cost. I then then had other services completed at that time. I decided to come back the next day and got right in. Total service time was about 20 minutes and I got a free carwash with the service. More
