The company should absorb all credit card fees (like most companies...grocery, airline etc. you don't pay for a fee using a credit card.) We were referred to Bob McCord in sales. He was very easy to deal with and no pressure and spent the needed time to answer questions. Abbey Haynes was the person that went through all the car details while sitting in the car with us. Maintenance for vehicle and person... I was on my way back home to Oregon and realized my 2013 Subaru Outback (which I love) was due for it's scheduled oil change and maintenance. It was I was on my way back home to Oregon and realized my 2013 Subaru Outback (which I love) was due for it's scheduled oil change and maintenance. It was due in 50 miles.. Even though I was on a schedule to get back to Oregon that day, I didn't want my car to suffer the trip without getting its mechanics taken care of, especially in 100 degree weather and the heat the engine generates so I felt my "sweetenginet" needed to be taken care of NOW. I called to get directions and found Mark Miller Subaru Midtown was so easy to find and got me right in. To my surprise, there is a quaint little restaurant inside which was a delight to me as it was early and I had not eaten yet. The cook and breakfast were wonderful. I have totally enjoyed breakfast there and everyone there was so friendly starting with the girl who answered the phone when I called for directions, the young man I spoke to when I drove up, the lovely cook who made and served the delicious breakfast, and the mechanics who took care my car.
