They scheduled me on a Saturday wit Update July 2017: After another attempt to get my truck serviced at McClarty, again I drove 60 miles for nothing. They scheduled me on a Saturday with a service person who did not even work weekends. I said that was enough. I took my truck to Orr Toyota in Searcy. They are going to order a new part for truck and I no longer have to deal with McClarty. My wife's Venza and my Tundra will NEVER have to go back to McClarty. What a relief! Jan-April 2017: I have dealt with three different employees because each one leaves before I come back. I have had my truck in 7 times and still not repaired right. employees attitudes reflect business practices - poor service. I am blown away that they are allowed to sell Toyotas. More
