Dealer review This was my third —and last visit to this dealership. The first two times I waited over 10 minutes before a service person came. It was faster the las This was my third —and last visit to this dealership. The first two times I waited over 10 minutes before a service person came. It was faster the last time but the people who work here are very unfriendly. I also visited the collision dept to get an estimate on having a mirror replaced. After waiting approximately 30 minutes for an estimator to appear, she said she would email an estimate. Never received an estimate even after calling back. I am also in the market for a new car. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I asked the receptionist if there was a brochure on Sequoias. She said they aren’t allowed to give them out. I told her I would only like to see available colors & options—I didn’t need to keep it. She told me I should go to Toyota.com. More
