Four hours to get a key made! It took two visits, over four hours total to get a key with chip made. Both times I was told sorry for leaving me sitting and waiting. I am not sure what the confusion was but I probably won't use them for service again. I was charged for a key they made that wasn't what I needed and then charged again for the second one. More
Holy cow I thought I broke my car I hit the curb is an understatement. While dumping trash in the apartment complexes dumpster I istook a mountain of a curb for flat grass. It felt like I was vertical and the scraping sound revering off of the curb was even worse then the scraping sound mount ever-curb made rubbing the underside of my under carriage. worst i have ever saw there Took 2 days 4 phone calls to get a service appointment just for oil change and tire rotation.1 hr 15 minutes to do was ist person there left all seat Took 2 days 4 phone calls to get a service appointment just for oil change and tire rotation.1 hr 15 minutes to do was ist person there left all seat covers and floor mats in my truck guess I am suppose to get rid of there trash, then told me I needed to get new tires (they have less than 4000 miles on them).I have 3 Tundras and a new Highlander very much considering changing were I get my vehicle's serviced never had any problems with this dealer when Mr. Morally was in charge and I have never met him something needs to be addressed with employee attitudes or I wont be back. Lacking effective customer service The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors ar The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors are not as pleasant or timely. On at least two separate occasions I arrived at the service center only to have to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Lastly, the service advisors' lack of attention to detail and inappropriate documentation has lead to me having a discrepancy in the quantity of my remaining Toyota Care services. I do not see myself utilizing this service center in the future due to this reduction in quality customer service. More

Needed new key fob The personnel at Mark McLarty were very helpful to say the least. From the clerk at the reception desk to the serviceman and mechanic. I can’t rememb The personnel at Mark McLarty were very helpful to say the least. From the clerk at the reception desk to the serviceman and mechanic. I can’t remember all of the names that helped me, but one that I do remember, for sure, is Nick. He was one of the servicemen, he took the time and went the extra effort to ensure that I got what I needed. I came with no key fob working at all, and I left with a key fob that worked (apparently all it needed was a battery), and an extra key to use in my ignition and drivers door only. Needless to say I left feeling like a ‘happy camper.’ Thanks to Nick at Mark McLarty in North Little Rock Arkansas. More
