Sienna service The service was good. I did not appreciate being solicited by the wind shield repair guy while I waited. I saw him ask an associate who owned my van The service was good. I saw the associate point to me the along cane the windshield guy trying to make a sale while I was in the waiting room. His name is not listed below as an employee so I only assume he is allowed access to the garage to inspect windshields. This is the second visit I have seen him. More

Prompt and kind I was immediately greeted upon arriving by a kind gentleman. He checked me in quickly. The service was done before I knew it. I was checked out and my car was already inside waiting for me. (Which was nice because at prior services here they park it and make go out to it. Always a pain when you have small children and you are trying to get them all safely back to car and unknown parking space) More
Only if Landers Toyota was closer than McClarty Very dissatisfied with the service. I asked how often do you get oil changed bx I just had one 5000 miles ago with synthetic oil I was told it had to Very dissatisfied with the service. I asked how often do you get oil changed bx I just had one 5000 miles ago with synthetic oil I was told it had to be every 5000 miles but they would check and make sure and if it didn’t need it they would call me. I got called to come get it and the oil was changed. I asked how often does this need to be done the other guy says oh you’re good for 10,000 so I didn’t need an oil change and they went ahead and did it any way so that was extra out of my pocket that I had to pay for when I didn’t really have the money. And when I went to get my car no one knew what the xxxx was going on where my car was or who had helped me to 30 minutes just to pick up my car. Also, i asked them to show me something under the hood and when he opened he was like oh we forgot to fill the fluids let me do that real quick. So if I wouldn’t of asked to pop my hood they wouldn’t of caught that. For $100 service that should not happen More
