Got an transmission oil and engine oil change I had an competitive adjusted price of $175 for the transmission oil change and $49.95 special for the regular oil change. $19 for a 4-tire rotation I had an competitive adjusted price of $175 for the transmission oil change and $49.95 special for the regular oil change. $19 for a 4-tire rotation. Somehow on my invoice there's $29 for misc parts. Not sure what that is. also my Prius now on the front end make a terrible noise while driving. I'm hoping its because of poor rear tires that are now in the front. I was VERY happy with Nick the shuttle driver, he was prompt courteous and dropped me off plus picked me up at my doctor's office. Also Mandy was accommodating adjusting the price. But in the end somehow I still ended up having to pay a charge I don't understand, which I found out afterwards at home. More

Great service; wonderful staff I was nicely greeted the minute I pulled my car in. Firestone in Pine Bluff charged me $900 for something I didn't even need done!!!
