Great job and very courteous I did not have to wait very long at all for a service advisor. I explained the nature of my visit and was shown where the waiting room was where I cou I did not have to wait very long at all for a service advisor. He never made me feel rushed and answered my questions showing he was educated in the function of auto parts. More
Just average It would be nice to have some free can sodas and bottled water. The pop corn was all gone, no one took interest in refilling. Only had 1 magazine to read from. Just a very average plain normal everyday service experience. The service was slower than Normal, and it was not crowded at all. If I shopped around I’m sure someone is doing things cheaper with a much better waiting experience. You should make people look forward to having to wait on their vehicle, to stay ahead of your Competitors . More

One Star Review Well, I made this appointment with McLarty Toyota over three weeks ago online and on their own website and even called the phone number the website to Well, I made this appointment with McLarty Toyota over three weeks ago online and on their own website and even called the phone number the website told me to, to confirm the parts are ordered. Received a conformation e-mail and even a reminder e-mail to show up for my airbag recall appointment. Took a day’s vacation for this appointment. Arrived at 6:30 a.m. They opened at 7:04 a.m. Nobody here knows how to drive a manual, stick, standard, gearbox, 6-speed whatever you want to call it. Then finally to top it off, they didn’t know I was coming in for an airbag recall. They will have to order parts now. May take two weeks or two months to get the parts in. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 What a waste of my vacation day. More

Dropped off for oil change. Lady meet me when I pulled in for oil change. Wanted to know if I was waiting Told her I was going to get the schedule to take me to lunch. Incompetent, time wasting cheaters! I took a 1998 Toyota Camry because of a check engine light and slight hesitation upon acceleration. They kept my car from Monday morning through Fri I took a 1998 Toyota Camry because of a check engine light and slight hesitation upon acceleration. They kept my car from Monday morning through Friday morning with me calling at least once every day and my being put off or having my messages ignored. Finally I was told that I needed new spark plugs, spark plug wires, and a new cylinder head gasket. The price that they quoted was more than I would have to pay elsewhere so I had them put in the new spark plugs at their suggestion that the car might not be drivable without them. I should have known better since the car acted fine when I drove it to them! I had the cylinder head gasket and spark plug wires replaced elsewhere. The mechanic said that in his estimation, the spark plug wires didn’t really need to be replaced and asked me if I had seen the old spark plugs. I did not see the spark plugs that were replaced at the Toyota dealer. The check engine light was off for 1 1/2 hours of driving time after leaving both mechanics. Then the check engine light came back on. There has been no hesitation upon acceleration since leaving the Toyota dealer. More
