Competent and slow I made an oil change appointment for 10:30a. Arrived at 10:20a. Waited five minutes to be addressed by a service agent. Poor customer service/service in general Was told my appt. was on wrong day. Employee was to the point of being rude. Still don't know what was completed. Original service guy was at lunch. Just had me sign and I had to find my keys out of group of other keys, they didn't have the yellow tab on them. I had come in on Saturday, Dec. 15th and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. We scheduled an appt. for Friday, Dec. 21st at 11:00am. When I arrived, sat in vehicle about 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. The guy pretty much called me a liar when I said I had an appt. Even though I'd received reminder e-mails. My vehicle was at 16,000 miles and the maintenance required light had come on prior to the 15th. Service guy said my oil didn't need to be changed and I could wait until 20,000 but I was due for a tire rotation. He suggested if it were him, he'd wait and do them both at 20,000. I told him, I didn't agree with that and was told to bring it in for the service. He said my appt was on the 20th. Anyway, it was not the service I previously received from your dealership. I still don't know if the tires were rotated - well I kind of do, but that's our opinion. I had to locate my own vehicle and there was a tag and the yellow tag attached on the dashboard. In the past, the tag hangs from the rear view mirror and the yellow tag is attached to my keys. The young guy that released my vehicle to us, was friendly, but had no idea what had been done and couldn't explain anything. He just let me pick my keys and leave. Sorry, but at this point, I'll be looking elsewhere for service. More
